South Beach used to be really nice, it's now become a complete and utter shithole thanks to a certain class of people. I blame the gangster rappers and NBA basketball players.
Wealthy people? That’s what the NBA players and many of the rappers are.

But isn't it now really nice to that class of people?
You sound a tiny bit judgemental here.

On a longer timeline, a high-speed rail in FL is going to turn and go to Tampa Bay and possibly continue up to Jacksonville.
St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, Sawgrass and all that would be a good alternative to South Beach.  The Gulf Stream keeps the water warm up that way.

It would be bookin' it from Naples to Miami.  But good luck with the environmental hurdles on that one.  It could be coated in the skins from hunted pythons maybe...

Wealthy people never really lived in South Beach, they lived South or North of south beach.

The rappers and NBA players made it popular for the ghetto trash that have infested it and ruined it.

There is already plans in works to expand it to Tampa. Hopefully they extend it all over the state.

Those places won’t be an alternative to south beach. Rich people, athletes, rappers, celebs, and dope boys go to south beach to rent Lambos & rolls Royces, party out of control, do lots of drugs, be seen in high-end establishments & restaurants and mingle with celebs, go to topples beaches or find smoking hot women to have sexual relations with. Can’t find any that in those other places.

It has gotten so out of control and become a shithole though. They need to destroy all the cheap old hotels and ghetto ass apartments and rebuild like they did south of fifth, beef up the police force, and close down bars earlier.

Frank’s RedHot Hot Sauce – that zesty cayenne sauce that’s the key ingredient in Buffalo wings, America’s No. 1 hot sauce, the one that’s advertised with the tagline, “I put that ___ on everything” – was created more than 100 years ago in Cincinnati.

If you didn’t know that last fact, you might be excused. Even the brand’s website doesn’t mention Cincinnati in its history, instead focusing on the Louisiana connection.

But make no mistake, Frank’s RedHot was born and bottled in the Queen City, produced by the Frank Tea and Spice Co., and first put on shelves in 1920.

Before we get there, though, let’s start at the beginning.

I'm a Cholula guy myself.  But there's room for plenty of hot sauces.

I lik'em both, but prefer something with a little more heat

I prefer flavor over heat and that's invariably the tradeoff.

That's why I land on Cholula.  Decent heat, and far better flavor than the hotter alternatives.

How does closing bard down earlier mesh with the paragraph above it?
And btw, Tampa is basically the strip club capital of earth.
