Any time I sense some political message on TV or in movies, I just figure it's biased, misleading, or flat false.

I watched "The West Wing" some (from 1999), it was replete with progressive impracticable BS, like vague gun control nonsense.

Fake enough where many acquaintances consider Beth and Rip to be model spouses. Nothing could be further from the truth. 

If it were real life, everyone on that show would be serving multiple life sentences.
