House Ethics committee was set to meet this week to vote on releasing Gaetz report | CNN Politics

The committee had been probing allegations that Gaetz may have “engaged in sexual misconduct and illicit drug use, accepted improper gifts, dispensed special privileges and favors to individuals with whom he had a personal relationship, and sought to obstruct government investigations of his conduct.” Gaetz has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing, including ever having sex with a minor or paying for sex.

The FBI/DoJ looked into Rep. Gaetz's alleged wrong doing and didn't find anything.  Some speculate that House leadership kept the Ethics Committee investigation going as payback for the shit storm Gaetz started.   But maybe he did bail before the Ethics Committee dossier could be released.

He wants to be the next Florida Governor. I REALLY hope he does not run.

its also possible hes not scum and just taking fire due to his actions concerning congressional duties that others dont like
