I would be shocked if she has proof of anything.

I think we're in substantive agreement about the Capitol aside from semantics.

I think she has dementia.  I read her "brief", it was atrocious, really really bad.  Just a concoction of popular mythical claims with zero evidence.

I think her best defense is going to be mental defect.

There is evidence of attempted wrong doing, and it's on the losing side.

I like this.  They were too stupid to attempt a coup.  Reminds me of the Trump defense in his FIRST impeachment.  He was too stupid to collude with Russia, just a clueless beneficiary.

werent you babbling about “evidence” in this thread?  Trump didn’t need a defense.  There was virtually zero evidence against him.  

as several prominent Dems admitted just prior to the second failed impeachment- the first was nothing more than a political fishing expedition.

Well, you described her as an attorney of stature with that reputation. 

And in a field where language matters, where precision matters, where not immediately looking foolish in front of a judge matters, efforts this person spearheaded misspelled the word district in two different ways at the top of a lawsuit. And these lawsuits, if one believed they had merit, would have literally been among the most important lawsuits in American history. 

So if a person responsible for something is comically sloppy, one might assume either something is wrong with her or she is deeply incompetent.

Yeah, it's gonna be tough to present evidence when no witnesses or subpoenaed documents are allowed.  I guess then, you're able to say there's no evidence and technically not be lying.

The House was supposed to have done that before their vote to impeach but chose not to and then wanted the senate to do their job
