There's no candidate, and no platform, and no party, that represents 100% of my views. I'm sure this is true of many if not most people.
So the best I can do is find ways to prioritize my values, and vote for candidates that come closest to representing those prioritized values, for the purposes of whatever office or function we're electing.
This means that I'm sometimes (or, likely, always) going to be voting for someone who doesn't reflect my own values in every sense, but I've chosen to vote for that person because in the ways I find most important for that function or office, we are in agreement. There might be things about that person I really dislike personally, but I'm not voting in a popularity contest, I'm voting for that candidate to conduct policy in a manner consistent with my views.
And of course I prioritize different things depending on the level of office. For a president, their take on foreign policy is going to be probably the most important priority for me. For city mayor, I'm going to care a lot more about their approach to homelessness and traffic issues.
