I sleep well…
You're financially set, your kids are grown, you're retired, and it seems the biggest questions in your life are where to cruise next.

If you weren't sleeping well, I'd be worried :57:

I tend to be suspicious about various and sundry advertised on TV that will :cure what ails ya".  The placebo effect is so significant I really suspect most of these things are just that, but maybe some have a therapeutic effect.
I never heard of it until my Doctor told me to take it.

Charlie Condon's rise to college baseball stardom almost didn't happen - ESPN
Charlie Condon's rise to college baseball stardom almost didn't happen - ESPN

But then Stricklin's friend persuaded the Georgia coach to take a chance on a skinny 6-foot-5 hitter who hadn't stopped growing and had somehow been overlooked by nearly every college baseball program in the country.
Four years later, the prospect almost everyone missed can't seem to miss at the plate. Condon leads NCAA hitters in batting average (.483), home runs (26), slugging percentage (1.119), total bases (169), hits (73) and home runs per game (.67).
Going into Tuesday's game against No. 5 Clemson at Foley Field (7 p.m. ET, ESPNU) in Athens, Condon is just two home runs away from breaking Georgia's career HR record -- in only two seasons -- and is threatening a 39-year-old NCAA record for slugging percentage.

Condon, a redshirt sophomore third baseman/outfielder, is ESPN insider Kiley McDaniel's No. 1 draft prospect and projected as the No. 2 overall pick in this year's MLB draft.

And your efforts to spin classic yarns

I tried melatonin because my wife said it works great, and some others said the same, and could discern zero effect, but that is highly qualitative of course.  I've seen some recent stuff suggesting it could be bad for us.

One thing I know is that the stomach is a chemical factory and a lot of stuff we eat doesn't survive intact after pH 1.5 sloshing about with a lot of enzymatic activity.
Others swear by it - I swear at it,to return if not satisfied cost more than the bottle. I do take pro biotics as it is legit or I can swill craft beers and eat organic sauer kraut that hasn't been steamed as that kills the active enzymes. I usually try it on my brats - with raw onions

I can't wake up out of Melatonin. I'll sleep 12 hours if I take it.
