ZZquil is one of the ingredients in cold "medications".  They charge the same and give less.

The various store brands are identical.

Wish I could do that,I'm out like a rail road tie for 5 hrs and that's it.Maybe I should stop drinking coffee but that just about 4 cups before noon

The only products my old company made that I really like and still use are Dawn, Charmin, and Bounty.

Well, the wife likes Bounty and Charmin better so I get them for her.

I have 1 cuo of coffee and 1 coke a day hopefully my caffeine level is not out of hand

I'm waking up around 4-5 AM to pee and then can't get back to sleep.  I sleep about 6 hours.  I get a bit tired around 5 PM and then recover.
