Supply chain problems have finally hit the pharmacies, at least in our area.  There are some meds our patients are having trouble getting, and word is it's only going to get worse for a while.  

Sucks.

So many of our pharmaceuticals are manufactured in China, I'm surprised it hasn't already been much worse.

For many meds produced domestically there are gub'ment restrictions on how many pills can be manufactured per year.  That means we often see supply get artificially low around the end of the year.  Probably we're seeing some of that now.  But there also seems to be a production issue in addition to restriction issues.
