guns are a tool. like almost anything, they can be used to commit heinous crimes. A crazy man can get in a vehicle and run people over and kill them (Waukesha). A crazy man can take a hatchet or hammer and attack people and kill them. Can't fix crazy.
What you'll find in MOST of these cases- just like the Buffalo shooter- 99.9% of the time these human shitbag scum were ALREADY KNOWN to law enforcement.
We don't have a gun problem in my opinion. We have a law enforcement problem- and we have a mental health crisis- and NO ONE is doing jackshit about either of those things. These type of people belong in institutions- not on the streets- and law enforcement does a piss poor job tracking these people AFTER they already know about them. Like that Buffalo asswipe. He had made threats to shoot up his school- and then....nothing. They let him "fall off their radar" - when those sort of people should be watched like hawks and be checked in on constantly be leos.
this is unbelievably sad and disgusting and really there are no words to describe it. when I saw it at first it made me want to vomit. I do not understand how anyone could do something like that. It is impossible to wrap your brain around it.
