Unfortunately this kid's case is a little more than just speeding, or even drinking and driving.

Calicut was driving the car erratically in an intimidating manner around another car, and Calicut's passenger reportedly fired a gun at the guy.  It was another kid from their school, that Calicut had already threatened, and been reported to the school, and then the police.

And then a few days later, over this weekend, the passenger from Calicut's car who was allegedly firing a gun, was shot and killed at a pool party on Sunday night.

This is some really, really bad stuff.
