People hoarding cold medicine is really ignorant. That's happening here too, I've been told.
My GUESS is someone is in the store and thinks they should get "some" because they might be low at home, while normally they would not think of it at all, or they see someone else getting some.  It probably isn't one person buying up the stock.

Cold medicine does nothing for this thing.

That was just another "fake news" item on the intergoogle about a week ago. Or book face.

A lot of folks with a cold go to the doctor and ask for penicillin etc. to knock it out.  A LOT of people.

Just moved 6 rolls in from the garage to the bathroom this weekend.

I suspect we're down to about a 4 week supply of TP right now, which is starting to get into the normal range where my wife will buy more. So we'll be on the lookout.

Once folks see plenty of TP in stores, they will quit buying it of course.  I think we're near that point.  There is plenty here already.

I'm sure many folks unwittingly have stumbled in to something that works.I've been doing 1 ounce a day of Mr Beams Elixir,it could be working

Half my house is allergic to penicillin and certain other antibiotics.
I was allergic to penicillin as a kid

20 years ago I asked a friend of mine "the dentist" if he could prescribe an antibiotic for me.

I had no idea, but he prescribed penicillin.  I took the whole bottle w/o an issue.  Was told my my medical doc that many folks grow out of that.
Apparently I did.  Good to know, but it could have been the other way

1 oz a day wouldn't be nearly enuff for an effective dosage
