My impression exactly, the game was painful to watch at times.  I've always thought Illinois could have a decent program with the right coach.  They aren't there yet of course.

Well I hope Trev has a Ouija Board,Tarot cards and a dowsing rod ready come Dec 1st.Maybe Joey Freshwater will be available by then and I really thought Frost was the guy

Probably should go all in on Matt Campbell. Gonna need a Brinks truck.

Can probably get him to leave ISU, now that the Big 12 looks to be a dying conference.

Both teams looked bad.  Both will get better.  The game was an argument to avoid difficult 1st games.  Just look at all the sunshine being blown at UCLA for beating a hapless Hawaii.

Iowa State went 9-3, won the Fiesta Bowl, made it to the Big 12 title game and beat Oklahoma and Texas in the same regular season

Still bitter I pasted your illusions of those terrific Toledo teams he supposedly lead.After backing up the brinks truck for Ferentz what has he really won?2015 they went 12-2 When is the last time he played for a conference title or beat the two best teams in the conference in the same season?Throttles tOSU by 31 then turns around and takes a dump to a Purdue team that was 4-5 in conference.He lost his last 6 games one year - at his salary that shouldn't have happened
