Michigan fans should be elated. Their primary complaint is that he isn't bringing in the results that match his pay. Well, now he doesn't get paid like that unless he is bringing in the results.

I totally agree. It’s a very public thing unfortunately. My Reed is there saying here’s a contract but less money and more based on performance versus salary, hire a new assistant coaches hint hint, or if you don’t feel good about this feel free to talk to any NFL team that’s interested in you.
