250,000 seems like a lot, for that particular vehicle.  I'm sure that somebody somewhere said something like that, but I doubt any of them were serious about it.  

I see quite a few of them in our little semi-rural town.  For some reason, a lot of business owners buy them and wrap them with their company name/logo.

I have been surprised at how relatively few I've seen in major European cities. I know Norway has gone to EVs almost 100% for new vehicles.  The percentage of EVs in Amsterdam or Vienna is not really different from Atlanta, subjectively, California has a higher percentage, I think.
