Seeing Indiana having success, sucks. Especially in a year in which Purdue, well, sucks.

At this point the only thing that can salvage Purdue's season is beating Indiana H2H. But per @medinabuckeye1 I can't even rest on the idea that if Indiana is 11-0 at that point, it would be a true Spoilermaker event, because in a 12-team CFP they'd still be comfortably in.

This season officially sucks.

Really stealing Michigan's thunder by owning early 20th century football memories

But I actually don't mind them as a one off

I think every non helmet school needs to come to terms with the fact that this is all going to be extremely year to year.  Program building is dead.  Indiana did a better job assembling a roster this year than Nebraska.  Might flip next year.  I don't read into Indiana's rebuild being ahead of Nebraska's.  Indiana also paid for a 6th year QB who they get for one season.  Nebraska paid for an 18 year old who looked like he was seeing ghosts today, but is only going to get better.

The Indiana coach has a pretty good history of bailing.  He got the JMU job thanks to beating JMU at Elon

Im not blaming him, Im just saying a guy who uses beating a team as a way to get a job at the team he beat, doesnt strike me as loyal.  Hell Purdue could get him if they wanted him by offering his salary plus $1 probably

Not sure what theor kicking situation is, but that seemed dumb,. particularly in what is likely going to be low scoring
