1960 Pirates were outscored 55-27, out hit 91-60,  still World Champs.

College baseball is certainly not a widely popular sport among the general population of sports fans in America.  But I care about it, it's my second favorite of all sports.

And if you don't care about it, why did you bother creating this thread?

Right now Miss St has a 6 run lead over the Irish in the bottom of the 6th

I was pulling for MSU.  I find it quite difficult to root for ND under any circumstances, I've found. :)

Should be a fun game to start off UT's portion of the CWS.  MSU beat Texas pretty handily in the first game of the season, hopefully Texas can show better this time.
