i knew it was set to expire today, and i expected it to happen at 11:59

well... whoever issued the thing issued it 4 hours time offset from my time... who knows... cPanel is a global thing... 

luckily i caught it pretty much as it happened and set to work on it... 

problem: i'm on their time to snoop me out and determine if all is well here... 

as soon as it was released i got it right... 

now back to your regularly scheduled programming......

One small issue my browser still gives me the sign that the site is not secure

will this go away or do I need to do something
They won't let me give blood anymore. The burnt orange color scares the hell out of the doctors.

It WILL go away, but to hasten it you can close it and reopen it and if that doesn't do it hold shift punch refresh to dump the cache.

Thank You sir,you might as well be speaking latin to a yeti with those Tech Terms.No worries,i was ready to blame OAM🤣 for dragging a virus or some other malevolent beast over .He went to some site then said don't go to that site and then this alert is coming across my screen,I'm thinking just perfect the sight crashed and the machine is affected

I wondered what was going on because my PC and phone both said it was "unsecure".  

Side note, I ordered that Carved and Lasered Picture for my wife for Valentines Day.

re: security certificate- 
apparently i could have had it back up in a few seconds had i read the documentation more carefully... the server has a switch to make all domains within 'obey' the setting there- and i instructed it to force renewal within 24 hours of expiration... then, i set the domains to 'auto'.   there is another switch on the domains for 'exclude from auto-renew' or 'set to auto renew'.... i gave this particular domain the ability to ignore the servers request, too... this is the tricky part:  I HAD to have the domain, counterintuitively, set to 'exclude from auto-renew' instead of 'renew'..... 

lesson learned, I reckon... (?)....
