I feel like that would be a weird thing to find on an actual restaurant menu... Although if I did, I would have to assume that they'd nailed it, and would feel pretty good about trying it.

I'm wondering whether I can adapt it to pork tenderloin due to my wife's poultry allergy... I've done fried pork tenderloin in the style of fried chicken before... And she LOVES Cheez-its...

Getting ideas here now :57:

I do a cracker crumb breading for fried pork cutlets using crushed saltines, I can't imagine crushing Cheez-its would be much different.  Cheesier flavor profile, obviously, but the logistics should be the same.

I'd try any type of pork cutlet

Did not age well.

Nice work, B1G blue bloods.

USC. UNL. UM. OSU.

Anyway, I wish my team could have lost yesterday. So there's that.

Let’s hope Indiana and Oregon can salvage the Big Ten’s image.

This was a legitimate 45 minute conversation in our house.  I landed on I would try it at a party, but I'm not ordering it at a restaurant.  I need a pivot
Feels like it needs to be a small side, just as a sample and adventure. Or maybe some kind of bites/wings so everyone can have one and see.

A lot more wins for the Big than losses.

B1G's doing fine in the postseason.  Bowl games are a terrible way to judge relative conference strength for a long list of reasons I've reiterated multple times.

Still, when a jackwagon like Portnoy pops off about B1G superiority, and then his very own team gets manhandled, well, it's gonna draw some comments.

And I'm here for it. :)

True that.   Jack wagon is an upgrade!
