My nephew has hens and I can get pretty much all the eggs I want from him, but he lives 20 minutes away and not in a direction anyone in my family normally drives.  They do taste better than storebought though.
Same problem here. If we are out of the way, we'll grab some from the farm.

I'm just going to scramble them with some shredded cheese.

I've never consistently bought eggs, so at least I practiced what I preached.

Eggs are nutritious.  You can drink them raw.  Saw it on a movie.

I like them with some hot sauce.

Had 4 scrambled cheese eggs w/ some jalapeno cheese sausage at 7pm.  Pretty good.
Very quick for a warm meal.  Absolutely no need to be merely a 'breakfast food' aside from wanting that relevance.
I hate the taste of egg whites, so it's scrambled all the way.

Scrambled is fine.  I also got ham, which I never buy, bacon, and steak.  Fine pairings, all.

Pretty sure I've posted this before as an unpopular opinion, but...

... I don't really like breakfast sausage.  In patty, link, or ground form, it's just not my favorite.

I don't hate it, I'm fine if it somehow ends up on my plate.  But I'm never ordering it specifically and I'll always sub it out for bacon or ham or pretty much any other protein when given the choice.

footenote Schwebel Baking Company was in business for 120 years is closing it's doors this summer and they made thee best rueben rye bread - sublime for deli sammiches also

I like good sausage, by my wife won’t touch it.  French sausage is of course a different kettle of …saucisson….
