Having company over for dinner, so will catch the 2nd half of the Badger game with people in my house - who don't care about football. That could be annoying, but we'll see.
I'm making spaghetti and meatballs, and sausage. Garlic bread and grilled asparagus round out the meal. One guest will bring the salad, and the other an appy. Not sure what they are up to, but they know how to cook.
Gotta form up the meatballs soon, and get them in the oven. Equal parts pork, veal and ground sirloin. Bread crumbs, parmesan, egg and fresh parsley is what goes in, and salt and pepper, of course.
Making meatballs is a chore, but it's so worth it. Making the sauce is more fun.
