OU with Caleb Williams is a way different team. He looks certifiably awesome. Rattler is mediocre. And that's being kind.

I anticipate the Big Ten will have 5 teams in the Top 10 AP. What is weird, is I view the conference as not being so unbalanced based on nonconference results that you would have four undefeated teams and a one-loss Ohio State team, who on a given day, is no worse than the undefeated teams.

Good times tonight in College Station.

I'll post more later but one of the best games I've ever attended out of 120+.

My friend joked that Alabama would still be #1.
Not quite, obviously, as it'll be UGA and Iowa, 1-2.  But are voters going to put the Tide behind Cincinnati?  OU?
I'm not so sure.
I'd put Iowa 5 Bama 3-4,FLA had them on the ropes, this might be the year of the Dawg

JJ McCarthy HAS got to overtake McNamara someway/somehow if Michigan is going to take a jump as a program.
Well if the Sooners can do it in the middle of their rivalry Ann Arbor should be able to do the same. It's not rocket surgery

Man I went to bed thinking the Bama score was fool's gold. How did that happen - TAMU couldn't move the ball on Colorado and Bama just shut down Ole Miss? Football...

Yup,mi also faced thinking Bama would win.

Quite surprised.  Ratings mean nothing though.

Riddle me this.

Bama loses to a 3-2 unranked team and drops from #1 to #3.

PSU loses to an undefeated #3 ranked team and drops from #4 to #9.

Rest assured, according to 847badge, these players play their best every game and letdowns aren't a thing.

If you want rankings to do three distinct, different things, they’ll always leave you scratching your head.

The answer to the riddle is different people voting try to to all three, so the outcome does none.

I was out of town this weekend.

First I watched the OSU game. Then the highlights of the others.

After which I was looking forward to reading this thread, only to discover that Fro once again made a complete pigs ear out of it.

Lame.
