Thinking about something like this for the lanai. Anyone have this setup?

Ice Cold Patio - The Turbo Cool Patio Cooling System

Hey- that’s pretty cool -slick!   I might have to see what they want for my back deck and outdoor kitchen.  We spend so much time there. enjoying my coffee there right now

if you ever get a quote shoot me a PM 847.

They start at $6K or so, installed. I don't need a huge area. We mostly sit in one area, where the cooking is.

Working on the outdoor kitchen still. I got some quotes and ideas, but it seems like too much money for what you get. The lady who did my kitchen last year said that it would 30-40% higher if we did the same thing now. so, I might wait - or just build something myself.

Same thing with the pool. I want new tiles and two new water features. Can't even find anyone willing to do reno on a pool. They are all building new pools now.

It is a smart move on your part to either wait or try to do it yourself.  Because of the lack of supplies and labor, combined with the high demand for those building new homes or upgrading their homes, prices are so inflated right now it’s hard to even believe.

I had mine installed back in 2017 all in including labor for about $13k.  That included the marble countertops, premium grill, sink, plumbing and stainless steel cabinets.  I was looking at the website of the guy who worked with me and he peers to be many months behind the demand and the prices are substantially higher now.

Have to drive to effing Long Beach today to go to the effing pumpkin patch with my kids and my wife's friend and her spawn. At least I won't have to worry about missing Purdue losing a football game this week.

We were going to do an Oktoberfest style meal tonight and posole tomorrow, but instead we're flipping them as it's supposed to only get a little above 70 today and hit 80 tomorrow.

My quotes are over $20K right now, for a 12' long galley (one side). No fridge, no sink. Plus, I have to buy the grill and hood. I'll wait, or figure something else out, like this:

Currently high 60s and looking at reaching a high into the 80s here in sunny Auburn AL. Since I woke up on West Coast time, too late for the campus tailgate setup, I am tasked with the late crew for takedown. Before all that our group has 9 tickets into today’s 330pm Auburn Vs Georgia game.

Yeah, it was more that we didn't want soup when it's above 80.

Gotta form up the meatballs soon, and get them in the oven. Equal parts pork, veal and ground sirloin. Bread crumbs, parmesan, egg and fresh parsley is what goes in, and salt and pepper, of course.
basically same way we do it but also pour little bit of extra virgin olive oil on the meat, garlic as well- either granulated or minced- also put in a little bit of either whole milk or heavy whipping cream for moisture, & pecorino instead of of reggiano though.

I changed it up though, what I wound up doing once and what I always do now though is using like 60% pecorino and 40% reggiano and using like 80% parsley and 20% basil. Reggiano less sharp & salty and little basil adds little bit of sweetness and it's less citrusy than parsley- just find it's a nice balance.

I fry them in olive oil, paper towel the oil off, and then put them in the sauce for 4-5+ hrs to finish.

Since they shared the NC in 1997:
.662 Michigan (18th in the nation)
.629 Nebraska (23rd in the nation)

At least they're both ahead of ND, lol.

Outrageous.     $13k includes refrigerator, grill, sink, marble, electric, labor- everything.

Everything costs more now. Way more. Supply chain disruptions & materials shortages, impossible to find labor bc no one wants to work anymore, + inflation from endless money printing & low interest rates, baby.

Jeez. That right there would be $30K right now. Easy.

MDot is spot on. Plus, it's his business.

Maybe he can come over here for a week and give me some labor. I'll buy the booze and food.
