Also, it was not Barry who made the decisions to cancel.

It was Becky Blank, the wonderful UW Chancellor [from Minnesota (undergrad)].

I hope she retires before Barry. Maybe that's why he's holding out from doing so...

you are right

I may give AD's too much credit

it is the presidents that have all the control- them and their lawyers. CYOA is what drives them.

heck if the season could have started weeks before we could have built in Bye weeks for the conference to allow for make up games etc.

play 2 games take a week off play two more take a week off etc...

still not play OOC games and the season would have been more complete.

Things in the Midwest were much better when the weather was warm, but yeah, let's play when it's cold and the thing is spreading like a California fire.

Dumb and dumber.

Rashod Bateman has seen enough, opts out and is declaring for the draft.

possibly 2 games left for him to showcase to NFL scouts

against Northwestern's very good pass defense - maybe not a great opportunity

at Nebraska on Dec. 12th - might be cold - not much to play for.

Uh Oh. Apparently there’s some positive test among the buckeyes and they’re saying that this weekend’s game is in jeopardy.

Cancelled.  No biggie, though.  It's just another game.

If OSU has one more game cancelled, they are ineligible for the CCG.

Everything was lining up for Harbaugh, and...

It is not looking good for the Buckeyes. The other teams that have had to cancel one game due to COVID, also had to cancel a second one. That would make three for tOSU and knock them out of CG contention.
