Not sure what to think of Michigan State.  Elijah Collins I was higher on during recruiting than a lot of fans were, and I think he was better than his ypc suggested.  MSU's OL was abysmal last year in run blocking.  They finally starting rotating in some of the younger guys late, and their honestly was a noticeable uptick.  But there is zero proven depth, so I think that's fair.

I think PSU has to be #1.

I might put Michigan #2.  I'm not big on any of those guys.  I don't think I'd put any of them in my top 6-7 backs.  But I think all three might be in my top 12-15, and they provide different things.  I always prefer that kind of backfield.

OSU #3.

What kind of offense do you think MSU will run?

Some uncertain news on Journey Brown.  Seems like Master Teague is primed to play.

I’m still big on Charbonnett. He’s only scratched the surface imo. And he’s an all-around back. He’s got another level he can go to and has the talent to be an elite back imo.

Evans coming back is huge. Especially in an offense that claims it wants to get the ball to playmakers in space. Evans is an excellent pass catching/route running back and he thrives in space where he can put moves on people. He’s much better in this role than as an every down, between tackles back.

And Haskins is just brute force, between the tackles, north/south power back.

If the OL can gel and Milton isn’t terrible- this might wind up being the #1 RB unit in the conference.

UW coach had talked up Groshek, Watson and former receiver Isaac Guerendo, who keeps bouncing between positions but is fast.

I still think the freshman takes it because top-140 RB recruits just tend to do their thing at UW. But we shall see.

Yeah, I think we will see a lot of Berger. Not counting out Davis either.

Every RB just tends to do their thing at Wisconsin lol.

Looking back at the recruits, there've been more than a few that busted out.

But the ones that hit often do for multiple years and when 1-2 walk-ons that turn into good second guys, it works out.
