Some of this is accurate, but you need a reality check. Underwood is not the most talented player in college football at this point. I understand saying he may have the highest ceiling, but he’s not remotely close to that level currently. In 2025, I’d take Carnell Tate and Jeremiah Smith over him in a heartbeat. And PS, this is the OSU thread.
yeah no shit this is an OSU thread lol. that post was responding to you and in relation to THE GAME- so think it fits in here and is not out of place.

Underwood is the most physically gifted/purely talented player in CFB. I will die on that hill. He is not human. The kid is a genetic freak- I have legitimately not seen a QB with that much raw physical ability since Cam Newton- and he is vastly more polished of a passer at 18 years old than Cam Newton was. Underwood just turned 18 a month ago and he is all of 6'4-6'5 and 230 pounds- and the way he is built he looks even bigger (just like Cam)- he has an absolute fucking howitzer of an arm- can throw off platform, on the run, off his back foot- he's strong as an ox, athletic as shit, and FAST. That 40 yard TD run he ripped off vs Nebraska he hit 21.3 MPH on REEL Analytics GPS tracking. For reference Lamar Jackson- the most dynamic dangerous running QB in the NFL who is about 6'2, 200 pounds fastest tracked MPH speed in an NFL game was 21.25 MPH.
