Meh.  I wasn't at all confident in them, but this was the only game you could pick them and be a tiny bit hopeful.  They play an FCS team and @Illinois.  At best Rutgers is 2-10 this year

Funny.  I decided I liked Rutgers slightly better than Purdue and that saved me from picking Rutgers this week :).  Better lucky than good.

By quick count, 7.
This happened a couple years ago, and people were asking about a reboot if it ended too soon, and then the few remaining people made it a game into November.
I'd say if it ends before the calendar turns, we'll figure something out.

I'm all for a second chance losers pool! 

We could make it spicy, and even allow all in for those remaining, starting say Oct 15th, and you have to pick 2 teams per week.
