Always enjoy this game.  Think I won it the first year, but never too well since.  I like planning out the season  even if that inevitably means something will happen early and throw me out.  Looking through my early picks for this year I am picking against Maryland more than I would like (think they will be improving this year).  My other big decision was to trust Rutgers or Purdue more.  The only non-conference game I could pick for either of them was week 2 (one I-AA game and 3 other game between them they'll be underdogs in outside of week 2) so have to choose one of them to win next week and other one to win their match-up with each other.  For now, leaning with Rutgers.  For this week though...

They won't let me give blood anymore. The burnt orange color scares the hell out of the doctors.

This could be Illinois' best chance to snag a win. Could be their only chance.

Illlinois.

So as of now, if Illinois loses, we'll be down to 3 players for Week 2

and I truly think Ball St has a decent chance to win.  It's why I stayed away.  There was another on IL sched that was as favorable as this.

Glad I chose Minnesota, too, especially given how bad they looked against Buffalo tonight, so I wouldn't confidently pick them in any of their remaining games, now. I also think Ball State could be dangerous enough to beat Illinois.
