I dunno I'm thinking Felton Davis is one of the top 4 receivers in the BIG
Not preseason, but maybe by December. Ditto Tarik and DPJ.

I think the opposite.  We already acknowledged we don't actually project in these things, it's basically a re-vote on the 2017 postseason all-conference team, removing guys who graduated or left early.
Davis had a better 2017 (776 yards and 9 TD) than either Johnson or Campbell.  That Black or DPJ makes sense on a "not now, but I *think* they'll have a good season," style of voting that we seem not to do.  Davis seems like the opposite, the type of guy who does garner these votes because he had a better 2017 than just about every returning WR, but due to his more limited ceiling, may not be here in the postseason.

FIRST TEAM
WRJD Spielman, Nebraska, Sophomore
WRStanley Morgan, Nebraska, Senior
that Husker Freshman QB (whichever one starts or finishes or both) is gonna have to get hellua coaching to make these two achieve this standard
