I like how there are 4 positions represented by this number.

I don't care who you vote, just don't vote for Mike "0-4" Hart.

When I see Johnny's highlights I see Reggie Bush except 33 years earlier.   Sims probably has the next best case for winning a 2nd Heisman, he was kind of shafted by the timing of voting relative to his final games.

For me this one's easy, it doesn't even have to be considered a homer pick.  :)

But yeah that's a loaded list.

Off the top of my head Reed is the best college safety I've ever seen.  He's the only one from this group I can say is the best _________ I've ever seen.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat, but still torn.

Earl was the first guy I saw on TV who ran over people.  I still voted for Cannon though.

Tough list.  This is great stuff.

I was a Husker Fan back when Johnny was running wild for the Nebraska.  as a young lad I remember my mother yelling at the TV Run Johnny Run!

I narrowed it down to Campbell and Sims

Maybe Johnny the Jet should have played I-back

One of the great things about these polls is that there are some all-time legendary great players not even getting a vote.  It's incredible, not just for #20, but for many different numbers.

To some extent, it means best KNOWN player.  Where would Red Grange fit?

He was 77 apparently.

20 versus 34 could be epic.

Any other numbers close?
