Oh I could have cooked it faster.  It's almost impossible to mess up pork butt.  But I had all day so I took it.

Currently resting and almost ready to pull.  Then I'll store overnight and it'll meld and be even better tomorrow.

Beer can chickens were delicious.  Great weekend.

he's very elusive. kid is a better runner than thrower. he's like a Johnny Football but probably more explosive a runner and not as good a passer.
