1) Ohio State - Score is closer than it was.
2) Michigan - Woke up in the 2nd half
3) Penn State - Bye
4) Purdue - Favorite in the West
5) Minnesota - Bye
6) Maryland - Many missed opportunities
7) Illinois - Nice win, but offense did not impress
8) Iowa - Almost stole one.
9) Wisconsin - Get right game.
10) Nebraska - Not pretty, but 2 straight wins
11) Michigan State - Great DTs and you've got Jayden Reed.  Not much else.
12) Indiana - Offense ran out of gas
13) Rutgers - Have to figure out the QB situation
14 Northwestern - This is classic 1980s Northwestern.

  • Ohio State - tOSU recorded a TD on every possession of the first team offense including a TD for MSU. The offense is coming into form, however I am concerned with the DB's. Too many mistakes and boneheaded plays.
  • Michigan - Looked to be sleepwalking in the first half. They are allowing inferior teams to hang around to long which may bite them sometime.
  • Penn State - Bye week
  • Illinois - While the offense was held in check, the defense was lights out.
  • Minnesota - Bye week
  • Purdue - Good win @Maryland
  • Maryland - Can still have a good season after a close loss.
  • Wisconsin - Played a great game. But maybe Northwestern had a lot to do with that.
  • Iowa - Keeping them this high based solely on their defense. The offense is looking up at hot garbage. Seriously, the D gave them the ball at the 3 yard line going in and STILL only managed a FG. Pathetic.
  • Indiana - Hung with ttun for a half and then reality set in.
  • Nebraska - This this point, I think they could be MSU on a neuteral field.
  • Michigan State - They had one decent drive highlighted by a couple of drive extending fouls on the OSU defense.
  • Rutgers - Played well against Nebby for as long as I stayed awake. Had to check the score in the morning.
  • Northwestern - I think they have cemented themselves at the bottom of my list.

1) Ohio State - clear cut #1 so far. JSN hasn't even played yet and that offense is lighting people up. Scary.
2) Michigan - the defense is rounding into form and pass rushers are emerging and JJ getting more and more experience.
3) Penn State - that elite freshman RB duo has given that offense some life. very damn good team.
4) Purdue - should win the west if they can learn from this game how to close out tight ball games
5) Illinois - think they'll battle Purdue for control of the west. Brown is a stud RB and Bert has them playing solid D.
6) Maryland - they have a real nice O, but their defense is unfortunately still pretty bad.
7) Minnesota - almost here by default.
8) Wisconsin - statement bounce back win. Leonhard may just turn that ship around.
9) Iowa - if Iowa had an even average offense they'd be #4 or 5 team in this conference. They make playing offense offensive.
10) Nebraska - don't look now but they are on a little winning streak since firing Frost.
11) Michigan State - a lot has gone wrong for them this year, just one of those really down years for Sparty unfortunately.
12) Indiana - their coach is a dickbag.
13) Rutgers - they suck.
14 Northwestern - they suck more.

Cannot participate again as I didn't see anything. Only followed on my phone.

Ratings so far seem to be in line with my thinking though.

Looks like everyone has the same teams 4-7, but in many different orders.

I think my number 14 would be orthwester.

Bad enough to lose the "N" on both sides.

I honestly did not want to put anybody #4.  I am not sure if any team is worthy at this time.   I kinda reverserved myself and moved Minn above both MD and Purdue because both looked like they wanted to lose last week.  It was hard to move ILL up too because they were 1 inch from losing to Iowa on a scoop and score.

I am not even completely sold on PSU yet, at #3 despite their big win over Auburn,  but they will get their chance soon enough to prove themselves.
