We are really short on voters this week. The following five people voted last week and haven't voted yet this week.

I assume Ty is still working on a justification to not rank tOSU #1 but what is the holdup for the rest of you?

1) Ohio State - Flawed team defensively, but the offense is good enough to overcome it
2) Michigan - Complete team, if a bit uninspiring at times
3) Michigan State - Getting the most out of the talent on the team
4) Wisconsin - Finally rolling.
5) Penn State - Tough loss. This is a solid team, but not more.
6) Purdue - They've got a puncher's chance in any game.
7) Iowa - Defense keeps them this high.
8) Minnesota - Stumbling a bit now, after a good start early.
9) Nebraska - Maybe should be higher, but they have to win occasionally to move up.
10) Illinois - Have pulled enough upsets that they can't go lower.
11) Rutgers - Beating the teams they are supposed to, other than that Northwestern game.
12) Maryland - Running out of gas. Probably not going bowling.
13) Northwestern - Not their year
14) Indiana - Definitely the worst team

They are 3rd in the Big Ten in Strength of Record

I did not get to see any games - only outcomes. I will try to get into more today as we buzz across the Atlantic.

Ohio State - Offense finally came out of their slumber, now if we can just wake up the defense. However, Purdue does have a very good passing game, so giving up 31 points really comes as now surprise.
Michigan - Played pretty good defense and just enough offense to get the win.
Wisconsin - Definitely not the same team that lost of Mich and Penn St earlier this year. However, I still don't believe the Mertz is good enough to score enough on Mich on a neutral field, so leaving them behind Mich.
Michigan State - This team is confusing to me. They are capable of playing good defense, but seem to get lost at times. Their offense looks streaky also. When they get it going, they can score on anyone. We'll see how that fare this weekend.
Penn State - Another team that I can't figure out. I really thought that Mich would not have much trouble with them, but the Lions showed some life, just not enough to win. Also, Coach Franklin really needs to lay off of the trick plays in goal to go situations. Not a smart move.
Purdue - Very good offense and O'Connell has an accurate arm and makes good decisions. I was surprise at how bad their defense played as I was expecting more resistance against the Bucks.
Iowa - Getting it done with hardly any offense.
Minnesota - Not sure they have all of their oars in the water at this point.
Illinois - Right now, I would pick them to beat all of the teams below them.
Nebraska - Ditto
Maryland - Best of the rest
Rutgers - They looked like a real football team this past weekend.
Northwestern - Not in the cellar this week.
Indiana - This looks like a team that has just quit.
