All of those except Wisconsin are in a big group of teams that we seem to have no idea where to rank.

All or nearly all of us agree on tOSU and M as #1 and #2 respectively. At least half agree on UW, PSU, and UNL as #3, #4, and #14 respectively. There is no consensus on the other nine teams:

MSU is 5th but votes range from 3-7.
MN is 6th but votes range from 5-7.
PU is 7th but votes range from 5-8.
Iowa is 8th but votes range from 7-11.
UMD is 9th but votes range from 8-14.
NU is 10th but votes range from 6-14.
RU is 11th but votes range from 8-13.
IU is 12th but votes range from 8-14.
Illinois is 13th but votes range from 12-14.
