What happens if . . .

Northwestern goes undefeated and has a COVID-19 outbreak the week of the championship game.
Would Iowa or Wisconsin replace Northwestern in the championship game, or is Ohio State crowned as champion? [I don't want to hear from Purdue].
What if Iowa (or Wisconsin) replaces Northwestern in the championship game and one of them defeats Ohio State in the championship game? Could Iowa or Wisconsin be Big Ten Champion without winning its own division? What think you?
Other than for championship posterity, it is somewhat not germane because this year The Rose Bowl hosts a semi-final game; the Big Ten Champion is not an automatic qualifier.
That Iowa could beat Ohio State is pretty questionable, but stranger things happen once every 17-years or so.

There is a somewhat on point precedent. A few years ago Nebraska won the "Where is Wisconsin Division" and Wisconsin finished third in the "Why is Wisconsin Here" Division. First and second place tOSU and PSU were ineligible and third place Wisconsin won the B1GCG and was crowned B1G Champion.

Sounding like Ohio State may be unable to play this weekend

I thought our boys in Scarlet and Gray were taking it to the next level and keeping safer than an average bear. Guess, they are still young men.

Initially I was going to "like" your post. Sorry, one less like, after reflection. I met two COVID-19 widows Monday 11/24/2020 in my office. There isn't a goddamn thing to like about COVID-19. Good luck, godspeed, and stay safe.

Well because it is defense that wins championships, of course.
