Yeah they're actually not horrifying.  Keep up the good work, Ducks!

Same as their pre-Nike lottery money, with a big O instead of a UO.

that 17 year old true frosh WR for Alabama is unfucking real.

lot of those huge catches he plucked from the sky including the game winner were pretty dog shit throws from Milroe. That kids ability to track the football in the air, his hand eye co-ordination, body control, and run after the catch ability is all just insane.

My night wasn't done until some WAC team was down 20 and ended up winning by 20.

Makes you think...

Which college's "Sports Science" major has the highest lifetime earnings? Which college's "General Studies" major has the highest lifetime earnings?

Just how much do NFL earnings drag those averages up? :57:
This is the sad side of cfb. The guys who don't make it in the league and weren't big enough stars and/or lack the communication skills to get a broadcasting gig end up with a worthless degree and . . . Then what?

Nebraska at Purdue is buried on Peacock.

To me, it is even more surprising that NBC decided to bury #15 Louisville at #16 Notre Dame on Peacock too. And NBC proper has no Noon or 3:30 kicks today.

NBC has nothing today until the 7:30 #19 Illinois at #9 Penn State game, and nobody will watch it because all eyes will be on Georgia/Bama.

Ohio State is also buried on Peacock tonight.

What the hell are they thinking?
Thinking that guys like me would subscribe, I passed.

They are thinking they can coerce die hard fans of helmet teams with huge fan bases in ND, Nebraska, and Ohio State to subscribe to Peacock.
Exactly.

Yep. I'm not getting Peacock to watch my team get thrashed by Nebraska.
I wasn't willing to pay for it to watch my team win.

Twelving List for Week 5:
44-41, Texas Tech over Cincinnati
50-40, NM over NMST

Close, but no cigar:
40-39, Sam Houston over the Texas State Armadillos

A "general" college degree is an entry to a lot of jobs that don't require knowledge in that subject matter.  You have to be willing and able to work at it.  If you're functionally illiterate it's not going to help.

I got to know a Porsche/Audi car salesman who played CFB and then whatever the pro league was below the NFL.  He let me drive some cars at times.  He had a college degree, I suspect, in something, maybe.  This was when I was still in school and very poor.
