There's a bunch of cases of legionnaire's disease up in NYC.  Maybe you had that.

I'm mostly cured, but it's been almost a month, counting the aftereffects.  I THINK I first had flu, a lot of body aches, then as it started to clear up, I got a cold, which lead to thhe tube problem.  The cold itself wasn't that bad.  I pitched last Saturday for our team, was really feeling it after a while.  Our team really struggles with just normal simple plays to get outs.  Our 3B is the manager, and anything hit his way he tends to fall down if he has to move at all.  The 1B can't catch the ball, which is kind of an issue, presuming anyone fields a grounder and actually throws it his way.  About the only outs we get are lazy fly balls to the OF.  I struck a guy out, OK fine, but the catcher dropped the ball, he can't catch either, and threw it over the 1Bs head, not that he would have caught it anyway.

I still have fun, and obviously I'm not that good either, so ....

Sounds like a lot of little league and t-ball games I've seen.

Yeah, pretty much.  A couple of the other teams are pretty decent for over 55.  Ours is new, so we got all the bumblers, like me.  I might be our best pitcher, which is a tallest midget kind of thing.  It's still fun.
