I don’t know the first thing about what makes a good band but I know WVU has always touted the fact that they won the Sudler Trophy in 1997.  The link above details what that is and past recipients.

On my cursory examination it does not appear as though any school has won that thing more than once.

It's not really my favorite style, I prefer the stuff posted above from Ohio State and WVU, which is the style Texas also marches-- but the Ags do the military style well.
