It's been over 24 hours, and I don't think it's sunk in yet. I mean, every time the Gophers have been in a spot to do something like that in my lifetime, they've been unable to come through. Until they did. It's very surreal.
I completely screamed my voice out. Whatever little was left before the final interception was gone shortly thereafter. I still sound like ten miles of bad road. I wasn't crying, but there were a lot of happy tears being shed. The crowd was as good of a crowd as I've ever seen at a game.
No rest for the wicked, though. Gophers haven't won at Mordor since 1999, and I'll not believe the Badgers are out of it until the clock reads 0 and the crowd is back on the field parading the Axe around.
What a day.
