We had a friend in Cincy whose Dad had a HDCP license plate.  Her dad passed away and she kept the car and the plate even though she walks just fine.

Most of the folks I see in the spaces are just obese.  I understand some can't walk at all, but most would benefit from a bit of perambulation.

Gotta hit the gym this morning, and then watch Purdue @ NU. After that we're taking my FIL out for his birthday to Docent Brewing, followed by dinner at Richard Nixon's favorite Mexican restaurant. I've got the Texas @ Purdue bball game set to record, so I'll watch that as soon as I get home.

Hoping for two Purdue wins today!

Just got back from the Gym.....John whatever.Helping a friend put up a backboard bracket for his kid.We started last nite in 20-30 deg.Pain in the ass as the is one compression piston,Hyraulic like shock absorber for raising/lowering purposes.So we have to take almost the whole thing apart and compress the piston that has no pressure release

golf weather here in NW Iowa - expected high of 60 expected

Headed to Miles Inn for some morning schooners of Coors Banquet

will be watching football all day and the Huskers won't lose!

Gophers-Lions, Badgers-Hawks, Bama-LSU, Cats-Horns, Clones-Sooners

also have a little shindig at a friend's farm house this evening - food, booze, and entertainment -all outdoors

I'm lucky when it comes to Xmas gift shopping

My daughters both need money!  Easy, usually a couple little somethings to wrap and put under the tree and then the cash.

I also get something for my ex mother and father in law, good people

and then there's a golf buddy of mine that likes to exchange gifts.  I've told him that it's not cool for dudes, but he won't listen.  He's getting a hard travel case for his clubs this year.

I probably should get my daughter's boyfriend something.  He got a case of Bud heavy out of my stash in the garage last year.  might be the same this season.
