I don't even know what all I bought/shifted from other stocks.  I trust my investor.  He's my cousin's kid.

I remember him saying Amazon.

Others were medical and internet related.

I did not shift that much throughout this affair.  I sold down some of the wife's port because I run her's pretty risk averse.  I bought some back a couple of weeks back.  I'm still thinking of selling some off now though.

I went pretty heavy to cash in August, meaning like 35% or so, while my "model" is 25% or so.  That number of course went up.  I'm back to about par now.  Apple and COSTCO have "saved me" to an extent.

I had some Crackerbarrel and bought a bit more when it really bottomed.  I think they will be back sooner.

I'm net down on them of course.

I don't think the economy is going to V shape, I'm seeing a long slow slog, especially in hospitality and travel.

More power to any of you who invested in them in late March / early April.... I've only seen their HQ2 in Arlington / Alexandria from the highway, but I know it's under construction and they've already had a temporary office there. The unfortunate irony is that commercial real estate as a whole is going to collapse in the aftermath of COVID, but all the local residents who sold their homes by February certainly did well for themselves....

The link is back on. Drew said it was an Amazon problem, not us.

I'm glad to have bought a house in February. Glad to have bought some Amazon too.

A lot of folks see a faster shift to on line ordering of stuff because of this S going on ....

And video conferencing, working from home, traveling less, virtual conventions, etc.

The long term impact to the hospitality industry may be enormous.

I sold most of the wife's stocks in her IRA.  She is more risk averse, or rather, I can tolerate risk because I put a portion of my IRA in a "long term" pot.  Whether it does down or not, I expect it can recover in ten years plus.

Roush Mustangs are cool!
I had a student several years ago with the surname of Roush.  I asked if she were related to the Mustang Roush and she said she was.
