It's so odd to me that the masses have a calendar to dictate such actions.  Why have special days when any day can be special?
I also buy gifts for folks year around when I see something.  It's just that about September, I simply hold those gifts for the calendar.
It's much more odd to me that we have a national cheeseburger day or a week for some group of folks.

You deliberately turned a thread about Thanksgiving into a thread bashing Christmas for your own bigoted reasons.

YOU did that.  It didn't have to happen, but YOU did that.

It's not a conversation, it's a positive thread where every other person is finding ways to wish each other a "Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving," and you had to interject your lame opinion on Christmas.  Unsolicited,  unwarranted, unwanted.

Acting like anyone else had anything to do with that, makes you Wrong Again.  As Always.  Same as it ever was.

Anyway, wishing a true and sincere Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Kids are finally back from various activities and work (my son had his first day working at Cane's chicken!), and now we're gonna watch Planes, Trains & Automobiles and eat pizza, as is our tradition.

A Happy Thanksgiving to all, and best of luck to all of your teams this weekend-- except for Gigem.  Sorry bud.

Yep.  It's imperfect, but less of a bastardization as that other holiday we shall not name.  But yeah, they should have never let them disembark.  Light them up with flaming arrows until the ships stopped appearing.

There's a lot of 'shouldda, wouldda, coulddas' in history.  That one was a biggie.
