Btw I've said repeatedly Ryan Day is a great coach who wins almost 90% of his games- which is an insane win rate- and Ohio State would be crazy to move on from him. You fire him who you going to get that's better? There is no Urbz or Saint Nick out there that is a sure fire thing.
Only thing saved his bacon this season was NIL,most coaches at blue bloods get that now.He hasn't procured well on either side of the trenches even LBs have been, meh since URBZ recruits cycled out. He's a very good OC with someone solid above taking the heat, hearing the same arguments that kept Tennessee John here. One more loss this year I'd ask for a paycut as he's been over comensated obviously.

I watched the Nerds, they like Ohio State.  I hope they are right but I'm having trouble seeing it.

Conference road games are HARD to win, even when you have the better team.  And I don’t think OSU has the better team right now.

for all their depth, the one place they don’t have it is on the offensive line- especially at LT.
Get your facts first, then you can distort them as you please.

Yeah, funny thing about depth:
Having half a dozen plug-and-play WR's doesn't really help when you need an LT.

Booger's boys were good possession receivers last season - they hung onto the rock not burners. And very seldom did JJ's uni get dirty unless he took off running - turns out LINE PLAY is important. I love the quote from North Dallas Forty the QB(Mac Davis) told the WR(Nick Nolte) "you may keep my name in the sports page but they keep me out of the obituary"

I have zero faith in OSU's lines. PSU in a route.
I will eat some humble pie here.
No way did I think OSU's defensive line could stop PSU on 1st and goal at the 3 for 4 straight plays, and yet they did.
No way did I think OSU's O-line could man up for 5 straight rushing first downs to end the game, and yet they did.

I know I'm usually Nancy Downer when it comes to OSU, but I don't think anyone thought spotting PSU 10 points to start the game would end well for the Bucks.

When it was 10-0 I'd have settled for a close loss. I was really worried that would snowball.

You,me and 70% of tOSU Faithful,Give Chip Kelly credit on the play calls. Also the run up the middle for chunks from the 1 yard line to end the game. Damn did not see that coming. We did not throw once on the last drive and imposed our will when Penn State defense is selling out for the run. OLine is the biggest surprise of this game and played beyond anyone's expectations. So we'll take it for a week

And Tyleik Williams was not in the game for that goal line stand

James Franklin in a big game vs Ohio State or Michigan? Yeah, give me Ohio State or Michigan 9/10 times.

I have zero faith in James Franklin. Ohio State pulls out a close one.
Called it.
