They were asking for predictions for this game on a 11 Warriors and here's one, about sums it up

104-14.  And I also predict that people will bitch about the 14 and the missed extra point

The wind could be a factor if it gusts.  The weather won't be appreciably different from Columbus.

I think cold weather also diminishes crowd noise somewhat.

I may be underplaying Michigan's competence, but I'm seeing a near blowout, something like 38-17.

I thought MSU would get defeated handily too, but not that handily.

I think Michigan holds up much better than Sparty

Michigan has the edge rushers to worry and hurry Stroud.  Michigan also has very talented Dbacks that will hold up better.

and on offense the Michigan run game can run clock and limit possessions

Michigan is just a better team than Michigan St.

so yes, about a 21 point game as you predict

Styles make fights.

Michigan matches up very well.  Their defense gives up some yards, but often disrupts drives to cause the opponent to get behind schedule

Their offense controls the clock, puts points on the board, and has occasional explosive plays.  They don’t make mistakes, sacks or turnovers.

Which defense can get more stops? Which team can avoid turnovers.

This game rarely unfolds according th chalk.

I see a battle supreme- decided in the final few minutes.

this will easily be the biggest game in Ann Arbor since 1997.

This will be the first time since 1997 that Michigan and Ohio State will both (probably) be ranked in the top 5 AND Michigan will have the game at home in Ann Arbor- and it's literally a winner takes all scenario.

That stadium needs to be jumping, loud, crazy and insane and that team needs to play their f&&n asses off and fight to the death- only shot they have or they'll get blown out.

I don't know that any team matches up well with Ohio State. No one has 3 CB's that good. Ohio State literally has 3 #1 WR's, so to cover them you need 3 #1 CB's- and nobody has that. You can't cover them. Only way you can hope to slow them down is getting to Stroud and disrupting his timing and getting him on the ground. Literally the only way imo.

Michigan's only prayer is that Hutchinson & Ojabo both play with their hair on fire and just go off. They need them both to just say nah uh...not today Ohio State- and just completely take the game over. They both have ability and potential to do this- but it's easier said than done.

Maryland was able to neutralize them a little bit by moving the pocket and Tua Jr is actually very elusive and fast and can run. Stroud is a pocket passer in the vein of Haskins- he likes to sit back in the pocket and throw dimes. He's not really mobile. They have to hit him a lot and get him on the ground- otherwise OSU rolls.

so...throwing out that COVID season....

Harbaugh now has FOUR 10-win seasons in 6 full, non-covid seasons. I'm cool with that. Almost 70% of your (full) seasons you're at 10 wins. I don't even really care about bowl game records- bc to me they really don't mean squat unless it's the playoff. B1G CCG trips and an East division title or two would be nice- obviously- care far more about either of those than some bowl game.

What I'm not cool with is....0-5 vs OSU and being 3-4 vs MSU. IF this dude was even 2-3 vs OSU and if he was like say 5-2 vs MSU- which the coach of Michigan *SHOULD* be winning more than he losses vs Michigan State considering his program has every advantage under the sun over MSU- this dude would be like a GOD at Michigan. The muffed punt snap with 8 seconds left vs MSU and the late 3rd+4th QTR collapse up 16 vs MSU this year prevented him from being 5-2 vs MSU. This kinda stuff should not happen routinely- but it happens to him all the time- suggesting he just does not pay attention to the little details and is bad at situational football and that his butthole puckers and he stiffens up under pressure and fumbles away victories.

He absolutely needs a win vs Ohio State so bad it's not even funny. It's literally almost like life and death. He pulls a W out of his ass vs OSU this year- that's a narrative changer and a huge program changer. He actually does the impossible and stumbles into a W even if it's by 1 point- his program will take off bc his recruiting will take off- they'll land 5*'s Domani Jackson & Josh Conerly if he beats Ohio State, and they'll put themselves in serious contention for 5* Kiyaunta Goodwin. They lose AGAIN like he always does- they'll lose momentum with all of them and might not sign any of them.

This one is easily the most important game of his career- which makes me think he'll lose it....he just has a way of getting exposed in the biggest games and dropping the ball in the biggest games. I don't know why or what that is- but he just does.
