Edwards with the ball in his hands is terrifying.  He's a total cheat code.  Is he the best RB?  Not sure.  But he's a dangerous RB, while also being arguably the best pass catcher in the conference.  Harbaugh should just steal an entire Madden play book, just to get him the ball.  He's what Le'Veon Bell was, once he was a pro, but while still in college.  Bell wasn't that dude when he was in East Lansing.

hate to sound like a homer, but can't say I disagree. I have never seen a RB at Michigan as good as he is running routes and catching the football. He could legit play WR at a high level. He barely played last year as he was a true frosh behind two really good RB's- and this year he's been injured- he has yet to be unleashed. JJ McCarthy said in his presser the other day that he's glad to be getting #7 back this week. I believe they are like room-mates/BFF's. Good to know, and definitely way more info on an injured player than you'll ever get outta Harbaugh.

Michigan's offense goes to another level with a healthy Edwards. You have another explosive RB to spell Corum and you have maybe the biggest mismatch in the passing game in the nation- Edwards on a LB in coverage is mismatch of laughable proportions- he's going to win that battle like 110% of the time.

If Michigan goes up 7-0, they should just punt on 1st down like it was 1918
hah, they beat the hawks by 50

no way. Game is in Kinnick and Iowa is too good at defense for that.

IF JJ protects the football and Donovan Edwards is full-go 100% - I think Michigan wins by like 10-14, but it'll be maybe a 21-7 or 21-10 type of game.

Ferentz says starting OLB Jestin Jacobs will miss the rest of the year- having surgery, starting WR Keagan Johnson will not play against Michigan, and rotational DB Terry Roberts is questionable.

Ha. This genuinely made me laugh because it may be true. This will be an interesting game.

advanced analytics gives Michigan an 85.28% win probability and predicts Michigan will score 17.53 points and Iowa will score 3.06 points.

On a personal note: I am in rural NE Iowa. My mom (age 88), dad (age 90), my sister, my brother, are in Tucson, and my other sister is moving this week - to Tucson.
I am flying down Saturday and will arrive (to surprise mom and dad) at about the start of the 4th Qtr. when Michigan is burying Iowa in place to surprise my geriatric but active parents. Michigan: Don't bury us too early. Thanks.
Hope to have some video for you.

Besides RB Edwards starting OG Keegan and LB Hill-Green should be back for the Iowa game.  I assume backup QB McNamara is still out with an injuries since I was not able to find any speculation otherwise.  And I could swear I saw backup OT Barnhart dressed on the sideline last Saturday so I assume he's good to go as well..

Brian F. has been hiding offense so far this season just to spring the trap on Harbaugh!

Well, stranger things have happened.

Iowa did it to Ohio State in 2017, wining 55-24 in a late afternoon game in Iowa City.  And this was a year where Iowa went 7-5 and OSU went 11-1.

Only that was Iowa's TE version of the fun and gun offense.  OSU just could not stop Iowa's TE's that day. And of course Iowa's defense got a pick-6 on the first play of the game.  That helped too.
