NBC with another banner slate of games.    they must want a BIG refund.

Northern Iowa came to town tonight, and they only mustered 9 points. The Iowa offense is rubbing off on the rest of the state.

Other than Indiana moving up a bunch, Illinois moving down a bunch (possibility out), TxTech moving up, Utah dropping out, and Auburn dropping out I don't expect much change.

Dayum the Hoosiers and the Ducks both made statements,Ducks simply reloaded & are hungrier than last season. Dante Moore went 31-41 for 305 yards and a  four touchdowns to as many different receivers :o. Ducks amassed 585 total yds and with 280 coming on the ground.I know it's vs OSU 2-3-4 whatever you want to call them but still.

Many myself included thought the Hoosiers were a one and done but if last nite is an indicator then how wrong can we be?They certainly seemed to catch lightning in a bottle and just poured it on at home.Mendoza threw for five touchdowns and sending this contest lopsided by the end of the 1st half.Against what was thought to be a stout Illini squad and their first win over a top 10 foe in five years. It was the worst loss of coach Bret Bielema's tenure at Illinois and the worst for the Illini since a 63-0 rout at home against Iowa in 2018 and extended Hoosierss school record home winning streak to 12, under Curt Cignetti.

If they can keep this up and stay focused they and the Ducks might be the Game of the Week on Oct 11

Oregon is legit. They had a top rated class, spent a ton in the porthole and Dante Moore is finally living up to the 'crootin' stars/hype now that he's out of that shithole program UCLA.

Indiana, still not sure about. I think it's pretty clear that Illinois was insanely overrated as a top 10 team and for no good reason to be honest. They don't have much in the way of NFL talent on that roster and BERT is a continually overrated fat fuck head coach. What has he really done as a coach? When you break it down and do a deep dive...not much. Indiana has a great offensive system and head coach- but how are their lines of scrimmage? We're about to find out in the next couple of weeks when they play Iowa and Oregon back to back weeks.

Teenage Bryce Underwood stabilizing the offense on his back to grind out a high-pressure drive is pretty impressive. No, the Wolverines didn't finish with a TD, but they shaved 8 minutes off the clock and added a late FG to go up 10 and likely put this road game out of reach.
that was a great drive by the kid.  converted 3 straight 3rd downs.  finally put the game away.

UNL needs better trench play. They look weak on both lines.
for shit sakes!!!!

I thought the O-line wasn't great, but they would hold up better than that!
31 rushes for 43 yards???
7 sacks and QB running for his life all day by rushing 4?

Knew damn well the D-line was weak  :73:

Michigan does have one of the best front 7's in CFB- but no doubt Nebraska has to be better up front on the o-line.

Jaishawn Barhman move to EDGE has been a revelation, that kid is impossible to block for most CFB tackles one on one. He's a future NFL EDGE. Derrick Moore has been banged up all season and finally getting back to health and you saw how good he is when he's right. He's also a future NFL EDGE. And he terrorized NEB tackles all day long. They have good depth behind those guys as well. Really good depth at DT as well. Rayshaun Benny is a DUDE at DT and he showed that once again.

Nebraska is complete ass on both lines of scrimmage. Year 3 into the Matt Rhule project they shouldn't be this bad. Temu Mahomes is LEGIT- kid took a beating and kept slinging it. His WR's are pretty good as well, but his OL/RB's leave a lot to be desired.
Agreed on both counts.

O-line coach / star QB uncle Dominic has been there 4 or 5 years.  Shouldn't have been retained from Frost's staff.
Threw portal $$$ at the guard from ND and the Left Tackle from Bama and still SUCK!  Absolutely SUCK!!!

Might as well spent that money on a couple D-tackles that weigh 330+ and could stuff the run.
Raiola played a helluva game IMO
Never got frustrated, stayed calm.  Kept coming.  Took a beating.
Should have taken more shots downfield - I blame the O-coordinator - I understand deep routes can take more time to develop but not all of them do.
31-40 308 yards 3tds only 1 pick vs that pressure???
with a clean pocket, the kid beats Michigan

corngrats to Michigan, Biff, & Underwood - great road win

I'm grumpy this morning and obviously was grumpy during the game but saw this coming after the Cincy game.
not equally matched teams - Michigan should have put the game away by halftime or midway thru the 3rd.
I thought the line was wrong, I'd have picked Michigan by 7-10.
the game really should have been about 40-20

if I'm Florida's AD I'm firing Billy Napier right now and throwing a bag at Curt Cignetti.

I think Cignetti is going to have his choice of piles if cash in a few months.
