it's been not having star receivers and watching the Buckeyes consistently have the caliber at We grew up watching with Desmond, Derrick Alexander, Toomer, Walker, Terrell then spoiled with Avant, Braylon, Breaston, Manningham.  Brian Hartline is simply a machine down there and rightfully attracts talent that seems to ensure it doesn't land in AA.
Bellichik gets pounded for unbelievably bad drafts in Cleveland - and rightfully so. That was one pick I agreed with, he was decent with Cleveland/Balt./KC,  he had 3 1,000 yd seasons and avg 16.7 ypc in 9 seasons

Alexander came into a messy situation in cleveland, especially the QB situation.

I'll still never understand Braylon.. Has a massive 2007 season. I'd like to blame having 4 different qbs in 2008, but he started dropping everything.

After week 2, Evan Simon had the second highest PFF grade in the NCAA. Week 3 against Oklahoma he completed 52% of his passes for 75 yards.

man I wish Jake Butt would just be quiet about Bryce Underwood. I honestly can't stand Jake Butt as an analyst. great college TE though.

anyone with eye balls can see Bryce Underwood has insane levels of talent. 247Sports Bud Elliot who is one of their lead recruiting guys said Bryce was the most physically gifted/talented player he's seen at the position since Cam Newton. don't think it's an exaggeration to say Bryce is the best QB prospect we've seen since probably Trevor Lawerence in the 2018 class.

kid is still an 18 year old true freshman. just let him be, please. everyone in national media needs to stop thrusting expectations on him.

well Temu Mahomes is 2 years older (20 vs just turned 18 two weeks ago) and has started 16 college football games. Bryce has started 3. And his 2nd start ever and first road start ever was a night game in Norman, Oklahoma vs what is a top flight OU defense helmed by Brent Venables- one of the best DC's in the modern history of the sport.

meanwhile Temu Mahomes has played 3 tomato cans this season- one of which was an FCS team I've never even heard of.

have a point there, would rather they be talking about Dylan every other minute instead of Bryce. shit is annoying.
