I've tried to get into curling, I know lots of people really love it.  It's just not my thing.

Cross Country and specifically Biathlon is my favorite.   Great racing, tactics,  teamwork, and endurance.   Makes for great theater.

YouTube the Diggins finish in rhe relay last olympics.   Stuff like that is the best.

Ive curled...  so I do like it.

Hockey is quite good.

Agree w skiing and luge/sled sports racing tine is less interesting.

I get the disinterest due to timing, but personally I just love watching people go fast.  Down a hill, down a sled track, whatever.

Watching the very best carve a perfect line, and seeing how those who are just slightly inferior simply can't do it as well, is fascinating and exhilerating to me.

I don't like sports when you are racing the clock, and IMO that's too much of the winter Olympics.  You watch 30 people ski down a hill one at a time, and they all look essentially the same, unless they totally screw up.  Then the top 20 are all within like 0.8 seconds of each other.

That's why I prefer the summer games, everyone in the pool, or on the track at once.
This is a great idea.
Have all the skiers go at the same time.  THAT would be worth watching.

I honestly had no idea the Olympics were happening.  Since I don't do commercials (Netflix, Youtube Premium, etc), I'm not bombarded with it, I guess.
