I don't think it's official, but needs to happen. Then fire all his bosses.

Beg John Beilein to come run things for a year and instill some freaking integrity back into the place while they search for a full time replacement.

Michigan might’ve seriously lucked out for all this to happen if it means getting rid of a shit AD and a shit head coach that were never going to lose their jobs otherwise. 

would’ve just limped on to mediocrity and incompetence forever with Warde as AD and Sharon as head coach.

He made it easy to be a Michigan basketball fan. Loved everything about the guy. As a Cavs fan, I hated that he took the Cavs job.. I knew it would be a dumpster fire. He's too good of a man to deal with the mess it was.

If anyone with decision making ability at UM learns anything from this, it's you better not miss on putting high character people in place right now or burn it all to the ground.

Still lives in Ann Arbor too.

I thought if there wasn't a HR basketball hire you could maybe get him to come back and coach for a year, but AD is a different deal, and Michigan got their HR basketball hire.  It's not 1985 anymore, and I don't think the skills translate.  I also don't think you want him hiring the next football coach
