I think PR wise, they have to get someone who wasnt there with Harbaugh at this point.

DeBoer and Eck should be the first two calls.

Minter will probably have NFL options anyway

DeBoer goes to UM.....and Kiffin bolts for the vacant Bama job, leaving Baton Rouge in maximum meltdown.

I'm rooting for this for the sheer chaos.  If cfb is dead, then at least let me watch it all burn.

He'd be the perfect prick ;D.not sure he'd want to surrender that buyout though so as he can sit around and kiss his own picture and his account statements. Michigan would be MUCH better off hiring an interim HC and take a hit on next season than hit the panic button and regret it moving forward

So buy all means back up the truck and over pay some schmuck
:72:

I think Kelly really wants to win an NC.  As much as he likes the money, he wants in that NC club more.

Not sure anyone will give him a shot now, though, and I sure as shootin' don't see why Michigan should.  Under normal circumstances, they should be able to attract a top coach.  Kelly, imo, just proved over 3.5 yrs in BR that he is exactly the coach I always suspected he was at Notre Dame.

Not so sure the recruiting timing claim holds water since committed recruits are allowed to re-open their recruiting if the coach is fired.

If he beats OSU and makes the playoffs, this stays buried. He didn't, so they pulled the trigger after signing day instead of after the OSU game.

I know it's filthy.Mel Tucker hurt himself and his marraige Sharrone unfortunately went off the rails and hurt others. So they stretch back to a 3 yr old harmless stories to save their preferred sons. It's leftist misinformation shyt like this that makes David Moir the most punchable face in the "News" business

Her salary was posted on a Michigan board.

Went from $55K two years in a row to $90K the next year.

Red flag.

I'm guessing she will also be fired? Or did she feel pressured?

Still much more ugliness to come on this.

She will probably also be fired, even if she felt pressured. Unless she can sue, and then they probably give her money to go away.

it also sounds like this behavior was a running habit with him, so… Not sure what to do with that.

Pretty much how I feel today. This Sherrone was supposed to be leader of men and an example and not only his consistent actions, but more glaring is that his reaction is a frightening sign that a group of people chose him to lead young men.

I've always been a Michigan fan, but i've quietly rooted for Notre Dame since Marcus Freeman was put in his role. That's the kind of man I want to see leading young men. Probably my flaw in hoping for an idealistic society when in reality it's normally run by dirtbags.

The saddest part is Warde Manuel is going to be the ultimate scapegoat. He's certainly part of the problem, but everything in me tells me it's the people pulling the strings behind the scenes that are the actual problem.

He could easily get his Michigan accent back.
Did anyone else read this and hear in their head BK at a podium with a M logo saying "I'm looking faward to leading Meatchicken to a National Championship"?
