Texas: 1987–88, Improper benefits, recruiting violations under coach Fred Akers. 3-year probation, scholarship reductions, TV ban.
Miami (FL): 1995 and 2011–13.

Florida: SEC title stripped (1984), bowl ban, TV ban

Ohio State: 2011 1-year bowl ban, vacated 2010 wins, 3 years probation
